Saic Overseas (SO) is one of the foremost Government approved Manpower Agencies in Bangladesh with License No. RL-1684, registered under the Bureau of Manpower, Employment and Training under the Ministry of Expatriates’ Welfare & Overseas Employment which facilitates professionally managed outflow of work force from Bangladesh to overseas destinations.

SO is a member of Bangladesh Association of International Recruiting Agencies (BAIRA) and Member of Dhaka Chamber of commerce and Industry (DCCI).
